Roles We Hire
When we are hiring, these are the positions we typically fill
ERP Implementation Consultant
Configure ERPNext for clients (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing). Lead client workshops and requirements gathering. Train client teams on ERP usage.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in ERP implementation or business consulting
Skills: ERPNext knowledge preferred, strong business process understanding
ERPNext Developer
Customize ERPNext (custom apps, forms, workflows, reports). Build integrations (APIs, third-party tools, e-commerce platforms). Debug technical issues and optimize performance.
Experience: 2 to 4 years in Python/web development, ERPNext experience a plus
Skills: Frappe Framework, REST APIs, database design
Implementation Project Manager
Manage multiple ERP implementation projects simultaneously. Coordinate with clients, consultants, developers. Track timelines, budgets, deliverables.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in project management, ERP projects preferred
Skills: Organization, communication, risk management, client handling
Technical Trainer
Deliver training sessions to client teams (in-person and remote). Create training materials (videos, guides, documentation). Onboard clients during go-live phase.
Experience: 2 to 3 years in training or teaching, ERPNext knowledge a plus
Skills: Public speaking, patience, ability to explain complex topics simply
